A qualified candidate should have the following:
Two to three years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and/or finance experience preferred.
Microsoft office with excellent Excel skills.
Excellent analytical skills, judgment and problem solving ability.
Professional manner and tact.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Organized, accurate with detail oriented discipline, and dedicated to superior quality work.
Strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
CARS/IS experience a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
This role will be to assist with multiple functions of the Contract Administration department. Contract maintenance and data processing are also crucial roles to ensure compliance. Chargebacks involves the processing of chargebacks submitted by our wholesale partners. Works closely with the Membership team and ensures chargebacks are paid in compliance with contract eligibility.
