Duties: Facilitating the onboarding process for all new Staff hires by communicating with new hires and ensuring all steps of the onboarding process are completed in a timely manner. Creating orientation training schedules and scheduling meetings as appropriate. Gathering new hire personal details and drafting communication for firm-wide announcement. Conducting HR orientation and the I-9 process for all new hires. Completing all employment verification requests and responding to Unemployment Claim information requests. Coordinating the annual engagement survey process. Administering the new hire and annual staff evaluation process. Facilitating the year-end compensation process and producing compensation memos for annual salary changes. Organizing and overseeing the maintenance of personnel files and conducting yearly I-9 audits. Maintaining proficiency with the firm’s HRIS (UKG Pro). Updating and maintaining accuracy of data. Providing reports and statistics as needed. Administering the timesheet approval process in UKG Ready. Communicating and coordinating all timesheet details with Payroll. Providing administrative support to CHRO.
