Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications for innovative technologies.

• Conduct thorough patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Provide strategic advice on intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Experience or strong knowledge in areas such as generative AI, cloud storage, virtualization, and wireless communications.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• USPTO registration is strongly preferred; eligible technical degree required if not registered.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• USPTO registration preferred.
