Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including the regular provision of monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for process improvements to practice managers to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor and manage performance metrics using practice quality software to track accomplishments and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful passage of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law.
• Demonstrated experience as a 1st chair attorney in family law cases.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software.
