Procurement Services Analyst

Duties: Coordinate the review and analysis of purchase order requests, spend data, and trends, including procurement cost-savings. Maintain and monitor vendor management system that includes vendor profiles and scorecards, and generate reports used in decision-making for future procurements. Assist and support procurement team with price and cost analysis for procurements. Develop and present training to procurement team and stakeholders relating to procurement metrics and trends. Prepare small business subcontracting plans, monitor goals, as well as generate reports and analytics to support small business subcontracting goals in accordance with CMS, state, federal and local laws and regulations. Provide high-level administrative advice and assistance in procurement planning and pricing matters to procurement team and internal customers. Conducts on-site program management evaluation reviews to the organization and audits of the Procurement staff files. Develop complex data-supported conclusions and recommendations. Participates in strategy planning for sensitive or complex procurement transactions and procurement programs, which require innovative methods of procurement.
