Paralegal - Real Estate

The candidate' must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Real Estate. Paralegal will primarily focus on commercial real estate and development. However, we will consider candidates with a commercial or residential real estate background. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Job Responsibilities: Conduct title searches, review title reports. Preparation of deeds, affidavits and trust. Review and prepare commercial loan documents; Prepare corporate documents; Perform due diligence searches; Draft closing binders, checklists and closing documentation. Manage communication with clients; Should have Proven working experience as a real estate paralegal. Knowledge of real estate closing software, including SoftPro. Experience in residential or commercial real estate Transactions. Familiarity with land use and zoning applications to the Planning Boards. Should have familiarity with Mortgages, Promissory Notes and various other Lender financing documents.
