The candidate will prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence including letters, memos, pleadings from typed, hand written and dictated material. E-file pleadings and other legal documents with various courts. Maintain legal files including general organization, index pleadings, and organize depositions and exhibits. Maintain and track schedules, deadlines and calendars. Schedule meetings and conferences. Manage travel arrangements. Enter, edit and/or finalize billable time. Respond to inquiries and requests for information under attorney direction. Provide additional support as necessary.
