Legal Counsel - Bank Regulatory and Treasury Services
Duties: The candidate will work extensively with the team to provide comprehensive support, advice and guidance on the ever-evolving legal and regulatory landscape governing US financial institutions. Provide support and advice on banking laws and regulations, and assist the bank’s businesses in applying those to new business initiatives and in updating products, services, policies, and practices. Provide legal support to the bank’s Treasury team with respect to existing and new capital, investment, hedging and liquidity initiatives. Work directly with senior business, legal and control-function management. Respond to ad hoc requests from internal and external sources, and work on other special projects.
