The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic support to the Director Marketing to drive seasonal marketing strategy. The position will help to drive the creation of global campaigns to maximize commercial impact, weigh in on global business unit activities, optimize the execution of marketing efforts, and support Director in global media strategy. Assist Director in developing impactful global marketing strategies to fuel the business and maximize commercial impact
Develop in partnership with key stakeholders seasonal concept briefs to creative, including product alignment, and 360 approach
Build strong partnerships and relationships with internal cross functional (2D & 3D Creative Services, Global Merch, Digital Creative, Communications/PR, CRM, Media) and global business unit partners to create and execute cohesive marketing and communication tools needed to drive business
Support Director in aligning local activation plans in each business unit with global seasonal strategies:
Ensure local plans align with global seasonal strategy while maintaining local relevance
Analyze marketing initiative performance against set objectives and KPIs to develop hindsight’s resulting in key learnings and best practices
Partner with Director to drive global media strategy including management of global media agency
Partner with agencies to build competitive Intelligence, helping team to identify emerging trends with implications for brand and act accordingly
Lead global media annual planning efforts and act as point person for global media roll ups and dashboard reporting
Identify key KPI’s to be tracked by campaign to measure results against campaign goals

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional marketing experience
Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
Self-Starter with comfort in working in ambiguity
Excellent attention to detail, superior communication and follow-up skills
Strong creative & analytical skills, ability to evaluate multi-source data and draw global trends
Ability to build effective partnerships
Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines
Ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
Strong computer skills (Google docs, Microsoft Office Suite) required
