Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in court and during legal negotiations
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client representation
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license to practice law
• One (1) year of immigration law experience preferred
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
• Excellent negotiation skills focused on achieving favorable outcomes
• Proficient in legal drafting and documentation processes
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage a solid caseload efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License (Required)
