Duties: Analyze facts and data in complex cases. Organize voluminous case materials, identify key documents and retrieve important work products. Document review and document organization for production purposes. Draft privilege logs. Support depositions by creating witness kits with selected documents specific to each witness. Draft exhibit lists and coordinate joint exhibit list creation. Provide support to litigation team and trial and arbitrations Facilitate deposition designations for trial. Coordinate with internal or external trial support services regarding trial logistics.
