The candidate will write intranet stories, emails, scripts, talking points and other internal communications. Draft, edit and distribute internal newsletters and other periodic communications. Assist with communications planning for significant rollouts and initiatives. Serve as one of the intranet editors, ensuring the content is compelling and updated. Develop and maintain templates, style guides, checklists and best practices resources. Maintain internal editorial calendar. Promote collaboration by improving communication across the US and with other regions. Develop and implement internal communications strategies to strengthen firm’s internal brand. Create internal communication campaigns around firm initiatives. Provide internal communications support to partners and senior Business Services executives. Maintain inventory of sample communications. Work with US Director and Global Head of PR and Communications to develop key messages on a variety of firm issues. Work closely with the branding and creative teams to produce and deliver internal and external web stories and video messages to personnel. Manage and contribute to a variety of marketing and communications projects.
