The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these requests are processed both expeditiously and accurately. Will assist other teams at the firm in support of the company’s commitments to customer security and digital safety. Providing timely and accurate responses to legal demands from global law enforcement authorities consistent with the firm’s lawful access policies, customer commitments, and applicable laws. Management of sensitive legal escalations as part of a team of attorneys, product specialists, and engineers. Participation in the LENS emergency response team on-call rotation, which provides 24/7 support for emergency law enforcement escalations. Engaging with government authorities and other CELA contacts to respond to process and policy questions, and to resolve legal document ambiguities. Improving operational efficiencies by contributing to policies and procedures, and by providing feedback to engineering teams responsible for LENS-specific tools. Demonstrates an understanding of mapping or how systems work and impact one another. Collaborates with others who work with other teams (e.g., engineering, product groups) to ensure program processes are rigorous and executed efficiently. Helps develop processes around scope and scheduled changes for programs, and communicates them to stakeholders. Collaborates with others to understand overall business goals, objectives, and strategies, as well as short- and long-term business priorities. Understands and identifies current program risks, impacts, and mitigation plans in collaboration with others.
