At Wiggin and Dana, we believe diversity, equity and inclusion enhance our ability to develop creative approaches to serving the legal profession, clients and the community. In partnership with CBRE, we are pleased to participate in the 1L Scholars Program through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).

The 1L Scholars Program is an eight-week paid program that provides a first-year law student with the unique opportunity to spend their 1L summer associate experience with Wiggin and Dana and worldwide commercial real estate services and investment company, CBRE. Through this experience the student is exposed to a broad range of legal issues along with the opportunity to learn about practicing law from both the firm and corporate legal department perspectives.

The Wiggin and Dana 1L LCLD Scholars Program is committed to promoting diversity. Students who are authorized to work in the United States for any employer and who will have completed their first year of law school by the summer of 2023, are encouraged to apply.
