Head of Operations

Profile

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead a new eatertainment concept and develop the overall operational strategy. This new role will participate in concept development, lead concept implementation for well-funded start-up business with enormous market potential and manage overall business operations. You will be charged with creating and implementing tactical and strategic plans for our new brand that ensures alignment and support of the business objectives and strategies.

Core Responsibilities: 

You will collaborate with Executive Management to determine the brand’s operational needs and create a long-term implementation plan that facilitates and realizes the strategy and desired growth. Establish and enforce operations and management discipline market strategy campaigns, technical design, policies, processes, and tools that enable top-of- the-class execution. As the Head of Operations, you will be expected to meet and exceed the brand objectives with regard to customer service and safety and brand/product quality. Create and manage operational budgets, financial reporting analysis, responsible for controlling costs and achieving budgeted margins and improving the bottom line. In this new role it will be vital to develop sponsor relationships, build an effective team, identify talent, expertise, and reliability.

Key Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have seven to ten years of operational experience in hospitality or eatertainment. However, we are open to other industries. We are looking for prior experience creating and developing a brand or involvement with a start-up brand or organization, and extensive knowledge building and leading a new team. You will need to possess a Bachelor’s degree, and an MBA is strongly desired. We need to see a successful track record driving operational efficiency and creating new processes and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and building meaningful operational metrics and KPI’s.
