• Manage discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Present cases effectively in court and participate in alternative dispute resolution when applicable.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in business litigation.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
