Candidates will conceptualize designs for online solutions and content delivered across all functional areas globally. This role will include other service offering across the corporate functions. You will work with a large set of different user groups to determine user needs and functional requirements and translate these into online functionality/delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead user research and design sessions with end users and internal stakeholders.
Influence the product strategy and direction.
Reflect the customer’s needs and ensure consistency among features.
Translate customer requirements and reflect their needs in the design whilst ensuring consistency among features.
Define specifications and work with the development teams ensuring that end product mirrors design and user experience.
Influence the product strategy and direction.
Collaborate with technical POC (proof of concept) for design realization.
The ability to create process flows, site maps, wireframes, screen prototypes, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with business requirement gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and secondary research.
A strong sense of time management, deadlines, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the eCommerce business.
Experience with client services and negotiating business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proven track record and a passion for designing compelling user interfaces.
Experience working with various teams across the organization.
Ability to lead designers within the context of a cross-functional team environment, and reaching consensus within a diverse culture and fast-paced environment.
High degree of creativity, interaction design and problem solving ability.
Must have excellent listening and presentation skills to lead various focus groups.
Nice to have prototyping skills using tools like iRise, Axure, or even plain HTM and OR the knowledge of imaging / video domain applications would be definite plus
Experience with visual design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks.
Required skills:

Create wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to conceptualize UX
Partner with execs, product and engineering to frame ideas solutions
Collaborate with engineering to guide and contribute to application delivery
Evangelise UX best practices, user-centered design and pixel perfection
Bring innovative ideas, enthusiasm personality and flexibility in design What you need:
Experience as an information architect, UX architect or interaction designer
Self-motivated, strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in UX
