Job Overview:
A law firm in Carmel, Indiana is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who have passed the Indiana Bar or are already licensed in Indiana. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced legal environment, working with corporate clients on a range of real estate matters.

Duties:

• Review and sign court pleadings
• Attend and represent clients in hearings
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide legal advice and updates
• Manage and coordinate the efforts of support staff
• Handle a high volume of real estate transactions and matters
• Maintain organized records and documentation

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana or pending licensure
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana (or eligible to take the Indiana Bar exam)

Skills:

• Strong understanding of real estate law and litigation
• Excellent negotiation and settlement skills
• High-level client communication and relationship management
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
