Legal Project Specialist - Real Estate
The candidate will assist Wireless real estate attorneys in identifying and routing lease submissions. Assist Wireless real estate attorneys with routine leasing functions as necessary. Manage intake of real estate projects from internal stakeholders; ensure such requests are clear and include complete supporting documentation. Monitor and communicate status updates of legal review; assist attorneys in routing final documents for execution. Maintain and update lease activities in project tracking tools. Review and pre-flag underlying leasing documents for issues. Review, understand and communicate Lease requirements to stakeholders. Perform lease audits. Resolve discrepancies in lease language. Special projects as needed. Should have Bachelor’s Degree, or 3 years equivalent experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and real estate; demonstrated ability to work independently. Should have strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through; excellent written, verbal, analytical, and research skills are required. A paralegal certificate is preferred.
