What Customer Contract Operations Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Contract Ops Administration is responsible for customer contract administration. Includes customer contact activities to provide proper contract acquisition and fulfillment, e.g. pricing, rebates, billing and chargebacks, and developing/negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts.
Interpret and process documentation from National Brand Suppliers
Research and process customer and material exceptions
Resolve customer issues from internal requests
Root cause and inventive thinking
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Computer proficiency including SAP experience preferred
Medical Business experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel and general knowledge in Access
Able to multitask and adapt to change well

Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks
Works on projects of limited scope and complexity
Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
