IT Helpdesk Support

The candidate will be supporting Windows 7 and 10, VMware View Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite, Exchange, Active Directory, hardware and software, internal applications, etc. The position will involve some travel and flexible hours. Must have A+ Certification, 2+ years of IT helpdesk experience, excellent communication and customer service skills. PREFERRED: Experience in VMware, Client Profiles, Salesforce.
