Auto req ID: 140555BR External Posting Title: Senior Organizational Development Management Job Description This position provides organizational development, team effectiveness and change management leadership to the North America Nutrition (NAN) business. The Sr. Manager will partner with our HR and the business to address organization development opportunities by conducting needs analysis\/change impact, assessing gaps, and providing solutions to enable organizational effectiveness. This role manages a team of two and partners extensively across the organization, including NAN, NAB and across PepsiCo. This role will be central in optimizing the effectiveness of our people, teams and the overall NAN organization. Key Accountabilities: Develop Team Effectiveness and Organizational Development solutions for NAN, along with associated materials and tools to enable HR business partners and business leaders to build high performing teams Partner with HR partners and business leaders to address specific team effectiveness opportunities by conducting needs analysis, assessing gaps, and providing solutions that address needs across NAN. This role will be accountable for making decisions, executing actions and consulting with HR Business Partners. Execute leadership development programs within NAN, as needed. Partner on the NAB culture agenda to ensure NAN culture and action plans are aligned including analysis, design, program implementation, and working with all levels of management in alignment with the culture strategy. This role will provide consulting insights. Provide leadership and insights on organization development and team effectiveness initiatives across NAB to establish more process, tools and resources. Build OD and team effectiveness capabilities in HR business partners. Develop, design and implement change management strategies, plans and materials supporting NAN\u2019s transformation initiatives Apply Change Management methodology and tools throughout the organization (stakeholder analysis, communication plan, feedback plan and rewards and recognition plan) Other OD-related consulting and project work and group facilitation opportunities as assigned Qualifications\/Requirements Bachelor\u2019s Degree, preferably MS in HR, I&LR, Org Development and Leadership or other related field Minimum of 9 years of HR\/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation Desired Characteristics: Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items Experience with organizational development and effectiveness consulting and solutions Strong consultative and diagnostic skills Ability to work through organizational complexity Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage and influence others Strong analytic skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience designing communication strategies and communicating across varying populations.
