Duties

• Assist with family law cases.

• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Work in estate planning as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-10 years of legal experience; at least 2 years preferred.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Family Law is essential.
• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Utah.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
