Duties: Draft high-quality agreements, memoranda, reports, minutes, pleadings and other documents in connection with assignments. Provide legal advice, engage in negotiations and draft documents associated with a high volume of real estate acquisition and disposition transactions, which include complex title and deed restriction matters, within the confines of statutory and legislative authority; Provide legal advice and draft documents associated with the procurement, amendment and resolution of disputes regarding the lease of space for the use of user agencies within the Commonwealth; Provide legal advice and draft documents, including guidelines, regulations, policy documents and administrative hearing responses/pleadings, regarding contractor compliance and certification issues; Undertake legal research and prepare memoranda and other materials; Assist the General Counsel in providing strategic and overall management for all DCAMM projects; Perform such other duties as may be required to assist the General Counsel and/or other Deputy General Counsels.
