The candidate will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications and conducting validity and infringement studies. Should have a Ph.D. in biotechnology, food science, plant science, or a related discipline, and excellent academic credentials and writing skills. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution and is eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examiner experience is preferred;
