POSITION SUMMARY
: Community Care Alliance is actively seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Integrated Outpatient Clinician position in their Family Behavioral Health Department. Integrated Outpatient Clinician will provide individual and family services to children and adults including facilitating support regarding social determinants of health, increased socialization and enhancing parenting skills. Services take place in a variety of settings. Treatment is provided through a hybrid version of in person and telehealth services. Child and Family Integrated Outpatient Clinician function as part of a team and are required to collaborate with other team members as well as other individuals in our agency and outside agencies/individuals involved with families. Education/Licensing Requirements
