Duties: The candidate will be working within an engagement team and draw on experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax consulting and compliance services to various client types on the tax implications of their inbound and outbound structures and investments. Preparing and reviewing work papers, allocations, and tax returns for partnerships and corporations. Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations, such as structure reports, transaction step plans and memoranda. Assisting with developing complex tax projection calculations and models to analyze tax structuring alternatives and planning opportunities. Utilizing proprietary technologies to assist clients in streamlining their tax compliance processes and filing obligations. Supervising less experienced tax consultants.
