Duties:

• Manage a limited portfolio of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from initial filing through resolution

• Draft and argue motions and participate in all phases of discovery

• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations

• Prepare matters for trial and assist in courtroom litigation or second-chairing trials as needed

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys in high-stakes and complex injury cases

• Provide case updates and maintain communication with clients throughout proceedings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation

• Prior exposure to construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, and fall-related injuries

• Proven ability to manage caseloads independently and drive matters toward resolution

• Strong organizational skills with attention to procedural details and deadlines

• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and case progression

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required)
