Job Summary

Job Description Summary Responsible for triaging of Node Segmentation - Capacity Augment Plans and Analysis on Capacity Service Groups.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Complete analysis on Service Groups trending and/or in alarm to be addressed via Capacity Fix.

Partner with Construction / Advanced Engineering in success of Node Segmentation launches.

The Ability to analyze data and provide reporting as needed in regards to Capacity.

Keeps the appropriate people informed and aware of the status and progress of work activities and business issue.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Provides technical advice and support for real time analysis, control, and operationof the Converged Regional Area Network and Commercial network devices

Executes existing test plans.

Interfaces with Network Engineering to maintain the integrity of the test bed area.

Tests and certifies configuration, hardware and new features prior to deployment tothe Converged Regional Area Network and Converged Commercial Network.

Provides technical Tier 5 support for network problems and simulation of networkissues.

Works to ensure that all systems and bug fixes are complete in new releases.

Works with vendors on new product releases.

Salary:

Pay Range: $45,772.36 - $68,658.54

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
