Trademark Prosecution Associate
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in trademark advice, counseling, and prosecution, preferably with TTAB experience. Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes and privacy matters is a plus. Should be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Also have excellent academic credentials and have strong written and oral communications skills.
