Duties
Handle transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings
Provide legal support for syndicated and underwritten offerings, private equity, and venture capital deals
Advise on commercial finance and cross-border financial transactions
Draft and negotiate corporate documents and agreements
Support clients with day-to-day corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with other attorneys across offices to deliver strategic legal solutions
Engage directly with clients ranging from startups to multinational enterprises
Requirements
Corporate law experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
Background in energy-related transactions is highly desirable
Proficiency in managing multiple high-level corporate matters
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to contribute in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Oregon (or eligible for reciprocity)
Skills
Deep understanding of transactional and corporate law concepts
Familiarity with the energy sector and regulatory landscape
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
