Transaction Tax Advisory Senior Associate or Manager
Duties: Be connected closely with many different transactions and will work efficiently to apply technical tax knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner to assist clients in a variety of M&A transactions. Quickly transition into managing tax due diligence engagements, and coordinate with other Weaver teams, such as state and local tax services and international tax teams, to complete diligence reports. Work closely with Weaver Tax Partners and Senior Managers to identify planning and structuring opportunities for clients.
