Role Value Proposition:

The Global Technology & Operations group (GTO) is a diverse team of engineers, developers, business analysts, claims analysts and project managers with the freedom to create innovative and solutions to address core business challenges with MetLife. This in this role you Receive, process, or manage the receiving and processing of remittance payments from policyholders and applies to policies, contracts, and/or benefit plans within corporate and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handles extremely complex and/or high dollar amount transactions for the unit and applies them to policies, contracts, and/or benefit plans.

Researches and resolves complex reconciliation, banking, billing, collection, or payment methodology problems

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


High school diploma

3 years of relevant experience


Bachelor’s degree

5 years of relevant experience

Proficient communication skills.

Proficient knowledge of remittance processing.

Proficient knowledge of financial services products and provisions.

Strong knowledge of government regulations and company policies regarding remittance processing.
