The candidate should have 4-6 years of law firm or bankruptcy court clerk experience and a solid restructuring practice background for its Restructuring Group. Should possesses significant experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders and creditors in complex business and reorganizations, debt restructurings and financing matters (ideally debtor-side experience). Should have skill and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools.
