Assistant Director of Admissions

The candidate will assist the College of Law Office of Admissions in meeting enrollment goals by performing a variety of professional activities to facilitate the recruitment and enrollment of diverse and academically talented candidates. Will manage the application process for the various degree programs offered at the College of Law and preparing the student record post-admission. Will be developing the yearly application, the status flow communication to applicants, and decision communication plans. Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan designed to meet enrollment and diversity goals will include traveling to and presenting at law school recruitment events, graduate schools events, undergraduate colleges, and business organizations.Develop partnerships with internal university departments and external stakeholders to meet enrollment targets at the College of Law Manage the information technology needs to effectively achieve enrollment goals includes a high-level of proficiency with admission platforms developed by the Law School Admission Council such as ACES. Will includes the technical management of a Customer Relationship Management system. Will have lead responsibility for CRM, social media, and the admissions website. Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communications and Director of Chase Communications to implement social media campaigns and advertising designed to meet admission goals and to design print and email marketing materials targeted toward prospective students and segmented populations (JD, MLS, Part-time, Joint Degrees, LL.M., 3+3, Lunsford Academy, Diversity, Non-Residents, Residents, etc.). Will create, implement, organize, and manage specialized post-admission outreach efforts, recruitment events, and programming including receptions, special meetings, and information sessions both on- and off-campus to achieve enrollment goals. JD and 1 year of related experience required. Strong computer/database/processing skills. Public speaking. Data analysis skills
