The candidate will contract management for new and existing businesses. Head negotiations on contracts with new lead generation partners. Lead on company insurance renewals. Assist with general compliance and regulatory issues in growing eCommerce business. Work with specialized outside counsel. Assist with contract reviews and negotiations. Monitor the latest privacy law developments. Organize corporate filings. Assist with various ad hoc projects. Should have excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills and strong attention to detail. Additionally, must have the ability to meet deadlines consistently and work well under pressure. Compliance experience either in-house or in the law firm setting. Should have BA/BS; JD; Experience in an entrepreneurial setting; Prior experience advising an executive group on legal matters; Lead generation/digital advertising/online marketing/advertising industry experience in legal, compliance, and regulatory matters.
