SUMMARY: This position is responsible for receiving and processing fresh poultry orders only for the Consumer Products Group. Duties will include generating and communicating weekly formula pricing for fresh poultry customers based on Urnerbarry and EMI creating promo templates and maintaining customer retails and card retail templates. In addition this job requires coordinating the efforts of all company personnel to achieve positive results in all aspects of our relationship with the customer providing the alignment of effort necessary to bring together individual endeavors of sales management credit production quality assurance transportation warehousing and every other department servicing the customer.

Other responsibilities include developing solutions to administrative issues regarding product pricing billing etc. and working to maximize truck weight for freight optimization. This person is responsible for building a strong relationship with both internal and external customers and performing other duties as the need arises.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics grammar office equipment and business practices. Knowledge is normally acquired by four years of high school a vocational school or equivalent.

Experience: 3 plus years previous customer service and or Tyson experience is preferred. Any experience with fresh poultry is a strong plus.

Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills. For example generating simple letters spreadsheets and creating simple queries. Intermediate Excel skills is highly preferred. Knowledge of Tyson s internal systems such as SAP TM CMRS and or Production Planning are considered a plus when applying for this position.

Special Skills: Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines in a reasonable time frame with a positive upbeat attitude with both our internal and external customers. Ability to collaborate with others and drive for results in a timely manner is a requirement; must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency and professionalism.

Days/Hours - Monday - Friday 8-5 - Weekend and Holiday rotation is required.

Travel: Minimal
