Senior Billing Specialist
The candidate responsibilities include preparing draft invoices in accordance with the billing cycle, editing and finalizing invoices for submission to clients, utilizing e-mail, e-faxing, regular mail, and electronic submission to ensure client receipt of bills, and tracking invoices through the process until payment is received. Will also communicate with clients regarding past due balances, report and communicate total amount of billings with appropriate parties and assist with entering billable time. A high school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred. 4 years prior related experience in data entry or legal billing preferred.
