The candidate will be fielding phone calls from potential new clients triaged directly from the Receptionist. Running conflict checks on potential new clients to ensure the Firm is not conflicted out of potential representation. Gathering important information over the phone as part of a larger intake process in order to qualify leads. Maintaining the Firm’s CRM and lead tracking spreadsheet to ensure accurate metrics analyzed by the Firm’s marketing team to track various marketing and advertising campaigns. Communicating with members of the law firm, including attorneys, to update them on the details of potential new client matters. Composing Engagement Agreements and Welcome Packets for new clients and following up with new clients on execution of said documents. Booking strategy sessions for potential new clients with attorney and non-attorney members of the team. Conducting follow-up calls with potential new clients who did not engage the Firm.
