Paralegal

The candidate will support effective and efficient legal workflows from and to various internal stakeholders, external suppliers, insurance carriers or other entities. Assist in managing legal claims against the Company.  Efficiently administer day-to-day activities on insurance claims for the Company, including matters related to workers compensation, auto, and general liability. Review, update and be general administrator of the Company’s contract database, while also alerting internal stakeholders to key dates and deadlines. Coordinate the processes to support and facilitate efficient contract management and in managing claims against the Company. Assist General Counsel in all legal administrative matters. Undergraduate degree is preferred. Should have 5+ years’ experience as a paralegal. National accreditation as a Certified Paralegal is needed.
