The candidate will be working on complex civil and/or criminal litigation and arbitration matters; coordinating teams in reviewing and preparing legal documentation related to U.S. disputes and discovery. Should have 1-4 years of relevant experience. California Bar admission is a plus. Experience working on white-collar defense, enforcement actions, and crisis management is a plus. Should have excellent credentials.
