Compliance and Legal Policy Process Specialist
The candidate's duties include: Assist Legal and Compliance team in implementing Compliance Risk Management Framework. Responsible for day-to-day operation of third-party risk management process, including conducting and reviewing business partner due diligence, responding to inquiries from the field, and acting as primary liaison with database service provider and internal stakeholders. Assist in drafting and / or review of compliance- and control-related Standard Operating Procedures. Review and revise compliance policies and recommend additional processes and procedures, as necessary. Responsible for management of litigation service database, including maintaining internal tracking system and communicating with stakeholders as necessary. Assist with case management and reporting on various litigation matters. Draft documents, conduct research, prepare correspondence, and work effectively with internal and external business partners. Works independently and manages assigned projects to completion. Bachelor’s degree required. Should have Two-four years of experience in roles similar to any of the following: project management, analyst, paralegal (or similar legal role), compliance specialist/analyst. Specific legal experience is not required. Experience using third-party risk management database a plus. Knowledge of anti-corruption regulations, KYC standards, OFAC and export control regulations a plus.
