The Family Office and Private Investment Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP seeks to add a dedicated transactional attorney to its thriving practice. This candidate will work with attorneys across disciplines to advise new and established family offices on structuring management entities, family capital, and third-party investment vehicles for tax optimization, cash management, and estate planning goals. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in p

ublic or private company M&A, including direct investments, co-investments, joint ventures, familiarity with regulatory and securities law compliance and exemptions, including the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act. While not required, experience working with Family Offices would be a plus.
