Description

The Lead Cloud Architect leads the planning, strategy, and management of cloud resources across multiple products, platforms, and business & IT stakeholders. They will work with cloud/domain/solution architects, senior business leaders, and product owners to understand and advance the strategy they are enabling with their products and teams. The Lead Cloud Architect will assess the compatibility and integration of products and technologies proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent platforms.

Lead architecture strategy across several teams

Ensure team standardization around cloud resources, release pipelines, security, networking, monitoring, and production readiness

Research new technologies, processes, and solutions to enhance capabilities across the teams

Ensure team is following technical guidelines, security needs, and design patterns aligned to enterprise architecture and strategy

Work with managers, architects, business users, and team members to maintain a deep understanding of the teams' offerings and capabilities

Educate team on best practices and processes

Drive team's adoption of new tools and techniques

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

8 years of technical and development experience

2 Years of experience of Agile Project/Product implementation

1 years of experience with Azure cloud services

1 or more professional Azure certifications (especially Azure Solutions Architect Expert)

Solution architecture experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks

Architecture experience with secure virtual networks and subnets

Solid DevOps experience with git repositories and release pipelines

Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Terraform

Experience with APIs

Experience with GCP

Experience with PowerShell

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
