The candidate' will be expected to provide high-quality legal service to the firm’s clients, track all chargeable and non-chargeable time in keeping with the firm’s policies and standards, and participate in business development, seminars, trainings and meetings in keeping with their practice area and the firm’s policies and standards. Should have strong oral and written communication skills. Must have 3-8 years of transactional/M&A experience, preferably with private equity and/or venture capital experience. Candidates with a business, accounting, or MBA background are preferred. Must have a J.D. degree with a solid academic background. Should be admitted in (and in good standing with) the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois or California) or taking steps to become admitted.
