Duties: The candidate will support product marketing and sales functions. Responsibilities include counseling internal teams on the laws applicable to pharmaceutical promotion and sales, industry codes and promotional practices, risk management and mitigation related to commercial and medical matters. Provide prompt review and guidance to the promotional review committee on various commercial activities and documents. Collaborate with other legal team members to help ensure alignment, compliance and consistency across brands of Myovant’s policies and procedures. Understand the strategic and tactical objectives of the business and develop creative and thoughtful solutions considering the current legal and regulatory landscape, the company policies and procedures and the current and future needs of the organization. Exhibit strong legal skills, critical thinking and problem solving in a multi-functional environment.
