Aon is currently recruiting an Early Careers (EC) Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator will be primarily responsible for working in close partnership with North America EC program managers and other EC coordinators to support the EC programs deployment and EC Cohort engagement. Our NA Early Careers programs include Internships, College Grads/Launch and Apprenticeships.Key responsibilities: Support the EC program deploymentCollaborate very closely with the aligned EC program manager(s)Work in very close partnership with other EC Senior Analysts to develop a good understanding of all programs and identify harmonies and overlapSetup and support of preboarding, orientations and ongoing trainings across the EC programs and Insight events with outsourced producer and administration support:Manage GP Strategy relationship (operational management tasks?) to ensure the successful delivery of these learning programs and initiatives (including the update of all EC distribution lists/roasters monthly)Produce virtual WebEx sessions when neededGet involved in the design and delivery of the programs when relevantPlay a key role in supporting the prep and delivery of EC in-person eventsProactively provide programs status updates to program managers to help flag any potential issuesSupport other EC programs when relevant and neededSupport EC Cohort engagement In partnership with program managers, manage communications to EC participants and their managers:Own and manage the Early Careers shared mailboxCreate and manage WebEx group chats (EC colleagues and managers)Design engaging newsletters and communicationsMaintain EC SharePoint siteUpdate the PO calendar with key EC programs eventsImprove colleague experience by identifying innovative and efficient communications and bringing to bear technology and resources available at Aon - e.g.: Make the most of new and relevant functionalities on WebExImprove WebEx group chat experienceLeverage Video Platform for internal and external communicationsStreamline processes and leverage data In very close partnership with other coordinators:Streamline feedback process across regional EC programs (identify core questions, survey frequency, keep clear records/store data properly to allow evolution analysis over time etc.) and align to global feedback process when relevantData analysis - support the aligned regional program managers to use EC dashboard, engagement survey data and feedback survey results, by providing first level of analysis and key findings When needed, take the lead on global EC initiativesWhat we're looking for in you: Genuine interest in Learning and DevelopmentSelf-motivated, adaptable, and resilient teammate with outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.Strong organizational skills, including strong planning and project management skills with the ability demonstrated capacity to be flexible and proactive, work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.Experience working in a lean environment with the ability to produce high quality deliverables on standard MS Office tools independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication at all organizational levels.Ability to confidently engage and manage effective relationships with partners at all levels.Customer service skills, including a high level of professionalism.Enthusiastic and positive attitude; passion for excellence and desire to improve existing systems and processes.Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information and develop appropriate recommendations to support continuous program improvements.Strong problem solver.Works well under pressure.LMS knowledge (Workday Learning experience will be an advantage).Experience with facilitating and producing sessions will be an advantage.Managing and creating SharePoint sites will be an advantage.We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
