The Yardi Administrator holds a critical role at the intersection of Company accounting processes and the various technological systems the Company employs to implement and maintain said
accounting processes. This role reports to Executive Vice President, Vice President of Operations, and Managing Director. 40 or more hours per week. As needed on weekends, mornings, and evenings before or after normal business hours.

  • Serve as the primary point person for all Yardi systems and products in use by the Company.
  • Serve as the point-person for coordinating company-wide and site-specific training on an as-needed basis. This includes receiving Yardi inquiries from on-site personnel, resolving system
    glitches/errors when they arise, and serving as the GIT Yardi Help Desk.
  • Assist in the evaluation and mock testing, including implementation efforts, of all Yardi systems prior to utilization within the Company.
  • Assist the Accounting department when needing to pull various reports
  • Assist the Accounting department when preparing budget templates
  • Maintain and update the application and lease documentation within Yardi on an as-needed basis, or when new Company policies are announced.
  • Assist with the setup of new properties in Yardi for all Yardi products the Company utilizes.
  • Manage PO approval credentials
  • Assist in creating or terminating login access credentials for various Yardi products the Company relies on for newly hired, promoted, roving, or terminated team members.
  • Troubleshoot any Yardi related error or glitch, as they arise.
  • Process late fees and other billings as directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 2-4 Year Bachelor’s Degree/Degree Equivalent, preference for a degree in management of computer and/or information systems.
  • 7+ years related Real Estate Apartment industry experience.
  • Exceptional Yardi systems experience and knowledge of Yardi products.
  • Exceptional computer skills with various software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Efficient and excellent time-management skills for maximum productivity
  • Driven to succeed and grow with the Company.

  • Compensation: $48,000 per year, PLUS yearly performance bonus based on merit up to $5,000.
