Transactional Tax Associate
The candidate must have 4-7 years of broad transactional tax experience. Should have experience in federal income taxation of corporations and partnerships, as well as experience providing tax advice for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and public and private financing transactions. An LL.M. in taxation is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and comparable law firm experience.
