Winston & Strawn is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and highly qualified associate to join its intellectual property practice. Candidate should have two to five years of patent litigation experience at a large law firm. General experience with handling discovery and briefing in complex cases involving patent or other IP related law is required. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with Inter Partes Review (IPR) and The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) is preferred, but not required. USPTO registration is a plus. We are seeking individuals who are independent thinkers and have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful litigation practice. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
